Click the button below — your browser's print dialog will open. Set scale to 100% (Actual Size) and disable "Fit to page". The printed circles will then be exactly the right diameter to match a real ring.
Print at 100% scale. Place an existing ring over the circles. The circle that best fills the inside of the ring = your size.
Cut out the circles and slide over your finger. The smallest circle that passes over your knuckle and sits snugly = your size.
Print the strip. Cut it out, wrap around your finger, mark where it overlaps, measure in mm, then look up in the chart.
After printing, measure the 100 mm calibration ruler on the page. If it matches 100 mm exactly, your scale is correct.
Cut along the dashed border. Wrap snugly around your ring finger base. Mark where the end meets the strip, measure that length in mm, then find your size in the chart below.
Strip = 0–160 mm · Men's fingers: 55–70 mm = Sizes R–Z · Women's fingers: 45–55 mm = Sizes H–P
