Look up your mm reading in the Circ. MM column. If between two sizes, always choose the larger.

Always measure in the afternoon or evening. Fingers swell during the day. Morning readings will be too small and give you an inaccurate size.
Measure the exact finger the ring will sit on. Your dominant hand is usually half a UK size larger than the non-dominant hand.
If your reading falls between two sizes, choose the larger. A slightly loose ring is comfortable; a tight ring is painful and hard to remove.
Rings wider than 6mm feel tighter than standard. Go up half a UK size for 6โ8mm bands, and a full size for bands over 10mm wide.
